Established as an affiliated organization of Yokohama City Water Supply Business Manager

(3)Organization

Appointment: The committee is appointed by the Yokohama City Water Supply Business Manager from among doctors with specialized knowledge in hygiene management.
B. Constant: Up to 4 people
Term of office: 2 years

(4)Duties

Oh, thing about the health condition of the staff when we order resignation, dismissal or leave of absence due to mental or physical failure
(A) Matters related to the health status of the staff when renewing or returning to work for employees who are on leave due to physical or mental breakdown
(C) Matters related to the health status of the staff when employment is prohibited or when employment is lifted.
D) Other necessary matters concerning the hygiene management of staff

(5)Date of the event

Principle: 2nd Tuesday of every month
