Visiting and facility use

Please note the following points in mind.

1. Please fill out the confirmation sheet at the reception desk when visiting.
2. Cannot be used for commercial purposes.
3. Please follow the manners so that there is no inconvenience to other users and damage facilities and goods.
4. Please take care of the neighborhood so as not to squeal or loud in the parking lot.
5. Please refrain from using the service if you have a bad physical condition such as fever, please refrain from using it.

Opening date: Monday to Saturday (excluding Sunday, public holidays and New Year's holidays)
Opening hours: From 845 to 15:15
※You do not need to make a reservation for the tour.
※Please come to the reception desk by 17:00 because it will take some time to visit.

• Training room for breeding experience
• Audio-visual room and training room (normal entry is prohibited)
• Training room (normal entry is prohibited)
• Contact open space (reservation not required)

Opening date: Monday to Saturday (excluding Sunday, public holidays and New Year's holidays)
Available time: From 9 o'clock to 16:30
※　The audio-visual room and training room are not available on Tuesday and Thursday.
※　The breeding experience training room and training room are not available on Thursday.
※　In the case of half-day facility use…From 9am to 11:30 in the morning and from 13:30 to 16:30 in the afternoon
※　The above time includes the time required for preparation and the time required to clean up.

Reservations are required to use the facilities.
Reservation start date for reservations is three months before the date of use. If the date three months ago is the closing date, the next opening date will be the reception start date.
In principle, it is on a first-come, first-served basis, but if there are multiple applications by 10:00 on the reception start date, it will be a lottery.
In addition, you can apply for vacant spaces due to cancellation, etc. until the day of use. If you have any questions about checking availability or have any questions, please contact the Animal Protection Center (045-471-2111).
※The following schedules will be used at the center, so reservations cannot be made.

• Training room and training room: every Thursday
• Audiovisual Room and Training Room: Every Tuesday and Thursday

1. Reservations can be made at the counter, telephone, fax, etc. Please tell us your desired date and time, room you want, purpose of use, number of people, etc.
2. When the reservation is confirmed, please submit the "Usage Permission Application Form" within 10 days. (If you do not submit it after 10 days, the reservation may be canceled.)
3. If you permit the use based on the "Usage Permission Application" submitted, we will issue a "Usage Permit". If you wish to receive it by mail, please send a reply envelope with the required postage stamp attached.
4. In order to verify your identity on the day of use, please present the original or copy of the "Usage Permit" and identification documents at the counter.
5. If you want to change or cancel your application, please submit a “Application for Change of Permission Application”.

※　If you use the facility, please cooperate with the following.

1. Thank you for your cooperation in regular ventilation.
2. After use, clean and disinfect the room, and fill out the checklist after using the facility. After using the facility, the checklist and what you need for disinfection will be given at the reception. (Please disinfect the used items and places that may have been touched.)

If you have a dog, please use the dog's license tag and the rabies vaccination vote for the relevant year in accordance with the Rabies Prevention Law.

　According to Articles 4 and 5 of the Rabies Prevention Act, dog owners are required to attach dog's license tag and injected votes to their dogs. If you do not wear it, we may refuse the use of the facility, so please be sure to wear it and visit us.

※If you live in another municipality that considers microchip as dog dog's license tag, you will need to confirm your microchip registration certificate as dog's license tag. Be sure to bring it with you.

The audio-visual room, training room and training room are prohibited from entering animals, and use with animals is not permitted.
