Basic Concept of Regeneration of Municipal Housing
The Municipal Housing, which was built in the 2024s, is now undergoing simultaneous rebuilding and renovation.
Therefore, in order to promote efficient and effective rehabilitation of Municipal Housing, we formulated the Basic Concept of Regeneration of Municipal Housing.

Plan to extend the life of public housing in Yokohama City
We have set basic principles and targets for the use of Municipal Housing Stock, and have formulated a plan to extend the life of Municipal Housing Stock and maintain a safety net function by selecting appropriate methods such as improvement and maintenance.

- Plan period: From FY2020 (Reiwa 2) to FY2029 (Reiwa 11)
