Yokohama City Municipal Housing

We have established a council in accordance with the Yokohama Municipal Housing Ordinance in order to hear opinions in establishing specific criteria for public recruitment of Municipal Housing residents and selecting Municipal Housing residents.
Members are appointed from those with knowledge and experience and Representative Yokohama City Council.

Article 11
Municipal Housing and improved houses, etc. (refer to improved houses prescribed in Article 2, Item 3 of the Yokohama City Improvement Housing Ordinance The same applies to the following. The specific criteria for conducting public recruitment of residents and selecting residents of Municipal Housing and improved housing, etc., shall be determined by the mayor after hearing the opinions of the Residents Selection Council for Municipal Housing in Yokohama.

2. Municipal Housing, Yokohama City, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Council") shall be established in order to have the matters prescribed in the preceding paragraph.

3. The Council shall be organized with no more than 15 members.

The 4 members shall be appointed by the mayor from those who have knowledge experience and Representative Yokohama City Council.

5 In addition to what is provided for in the preceding two paragraphs, necessary matters concerning the organization and operation of the Council shall be specified by rules.
