Recognition of the necessity of removal (Article 102 of the Act)

Article 102 of the Act has been revised, and in addition to the conventional lack of earthquake resistance, barrier-free non-compliance, such as lack of fire safety, danger of peeling of outer walls, corrosion of piping equipment, etc., has been expanded.

About floor area ratio relaxation exception of Article 105, Paragraph 1 of the Act

For condominiums that have been certified as requiring removal, there is a permission system to ease the floor area ratio of buildings based on Article 105, Paragraph 1 of the Act. Upon permission, it is recognized that the condominium to be rebuilt will be comprehensively considered and will contribute to the improvement and improvement of the environment in the city area, and it is necessary to obtain the consent of the Building Examination Committee.
