1.How much is the rent?
A

As with ordinary rental housing, it depends on the location and size. The average rent is 120,000 yen range. Based on this rent, the rent subsidy is determined by the number of years since the start of the property management and the income of the resident.

2.Can I make a corporate contract?
A

You can sign a contract for a three-party joint name of the applicant, the employed corporation, and the business (landlord). In that case, there is no rent subsidy.
※It is necessary to obtain the consent of the business operator (landlord) in advance.

3.Can I move in from outside Yokohama city?
A

You can also apply for transfers from outside the city.

4.Household monthly income exceeds 601,001 yen. Can I move in?
A

You can move in with a 5-year fixed-term lease contract. After 5 years, we will recruit tenants again, and if there are no applicants, you can sign a contract again.

5.Do I need to move out if my income increases significantly after moving in?
A

Every year, we conduct income surveys to determine the income of the previous year. Due to a significant increase in income, rent subsidies will be lost, but you do not need to move out.

6.I'm engaged. Can I apply?
A

If you apply for a fiancee, you can apply if you can submit a public certificate of marriage until you move in (or within 6 months after moving in), you can apply.

7.A divorce has not been established. Can I apply for it?
A

If you want to divide a couple (spouse on family register) at the time of application separately, you must fall under any of the following.

(1)Those who have divorced before the move-in procedure (if divorce is not established, you will not be able to move in).
(2)Those who have been able to confirm their separation in resident certificate for at least one year at the time of application, and who can confirm their willingness to divorce.

8.Is it possible to call parents who live far away and live with them?
A

If you meet the eligibility requirements, you can move in.

9.I have my own house. Can I move in?
A

In the following cases, you may be able to move in even if you own a home.
Please consult with the application form.

・If you are currently living in a significantly aging house and demolish it after moving into Yokohama and Ribuin

・If you do not own a house in your own name due to seizure or a request for removal due to legitimate reasons

・When commuting time takes more than 2 hours on the shortest route that can be generally used in the route from your home to the work location

・When renting an apartment, etc. as a business
