Selection of Seya Ward Excellent Accumulation Site
At the Seya Office, upon the recommendation of the Environmental Business Promotion Committee, etc., we will present an "excellent collection place sticker" to excellent collection places for separation and discharge of garbage and resources and maintenance.

Selection criteria for excellent agglomeration sites
・Accumulation sites that are kept clean by participating in user maintenance and compliance with sorting rules and discharge date and time.
・In order to make the collection area clean, the collection area where users are actively working on it.
Recommendation and determination of excellent agglomeration locations
・Seya office manager receives recommendation of environmental business promotion committees of each district and performs situation investigation of accumulation place and decides excellent accumulation place.
※Please note that we may listen (hearing) due to the status survey of the recommended collection place.
About recommendation letter of excellent accumulation place
・Please submit a letter of recommendation (Form No. 1) to the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau Seya Office. Submissions can be made by mail, fax, or e-mail.
You can also keep it at Seya Ward Office Regional Promotion Division Resources Reuse Promotion.
・Regarding the recommendation of an excellent accumulation place in 2023, the reception has been closed until Saturday, December 16, 2023.
