Resource recovery bases (carry-in resources)
Because it is difficult for citizens to participate in and cooperate with the local recyclables collection due to restrictions on the date of collection and discharge time, we have set up a "collection box for recyclables" at citizen-use facilities as a permanent resource recovery base where resources can be brought directly to suit their individual lifestyles.

Center recycling
You can bring in resources such as recycle paper and plastic containers and packaging at the Seya office in Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau.
※burnable garbage and oversized garbage are not allowed to be brought in.
Acceptable hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, excluding New Year holidays and Sunday.
(Please refrain from coming and going from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm because there are many vehicles etc.)

Boxes for collecting recyclables (four items: newspapers, magazines and other paper, paper packs, cloths) from homes are installed at the following public facilities.
Please note that cardboard cannot be served.
