Resource recovery base (carrying in recyclable materials)
For citizens who have difficulty participating in and cooperating with the local recyclables collection due to restrictions on the date of collection and discharge time, the collection box for recyclables has been set up as a permanent resource recovery base that allows them to bring their own resources directly according to their individual lifestyles.

Center recycling
You can bring in resources such as recycle paper and plastic containers and packaging at the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau Seya office.
※burnable garbage and oversized garbage are not allowed to bring in.
Acceptable hours are from 9 am to 4 pm except holidays and Sunday during the year-end and New Year holidays.
(Please refrain from from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm because there are many vehicles entering and exiting.)

Boxes for collecting recyclables (newspapers, magazines and other papers, paper packs, and cloths) from homes are installed at the following public facilities.
Please note that cardboard cannot be taken out.
