Please contact the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau collection office in the ward where you found it.

☆When it was on the road
Please contact the Public Works Office of the ward where you found it.
☆In the case of illegal dumping on private land
The owner or manager of the land / building shall endeavor to keep the place clean and when waste is dumped.
You have to dispose of the waste at your own risk. In order to prevent illegal dumping, there is no way to prevent illegal dumping.
Please pay close attention to the management of land, etc., on a daily basis, such as setting up an enclosure so that you can not enter.

Please call 110 right away.
If you can also report the vehicle number, etc., it will help you identify the dumper.
