If I smoke a heated cigarette in a no-smoking area, will I be subject to fines?
A
Heated tobacco is included in manufactured tobacco under the Tobacco Business Law (those subject to tobacco tax) and are subject to fines.
In areas where smoking is prohibited, we ask that you smoke heated tobacco in smoking areas.
