Please cooperate with the collection and recycling of small household appliances.

City Hall and each ward general government building, Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau collection office, incineration plant (excluding Hodogaya Plant),
Small household appliances collection boxes have been installed at each ward residents' facilities and some large supermarkets.
We collect small household appliances that are no longer needed at home.
■Installation location : List of small household appliances collection boxes
■Usage time : During opening and opening hours of each facility
■Items to be collected : Products that operate on electricity and batteries less than 30 cm in length that enter the collection box slot (30 cm x 15 cm) of the collection box
※A personal computer has been added to the collection items since May 2016.
※Be sure to remove the battery that can be removed and put it out in a yellow collection can (small rechargeable battery recycling box).
■Precautions : (4) Do not put small household appliances in a bag, etc., but put them into the collection box as they are (bags will hinder recycling).
Oh Products that have been put in, cannot be returned.
Oh Products containing personal information (such as personal computers, mobile phones, smartphones, etc.) must be erased after erasing personal information.
Please put it in.
Oh Remove batteries, light bulbs, and fluorescent lamp before inserting.
Oh Parts and codes of small household appliances such as adapters can be put out together.
Oh Do not put anything with strong odor (electric kerosene pump, etc.)
Store collection
With the cooperation of AEON, Ito-Yokado, Apita, DCM, and Shimachu Holmes.
Small household appliances are collected at three Aeon stores in the city, 8 Ito-Yokado stores, 2 Apita stores, 1 DCM stores, and 1 Shimachu Holmes store.

※The installation of the small home appliance collection box at the Aeon Tennocho store has been closed on January 31, 2020 for store renovation.
※The installation of the small household appliances collection box at the Shimachu Yokohama store was closed on August 30, 2020 due to store renovation.

○Delivery collection
Yokohama City has been added to the target area for small home appliance collection system utilizing courier services.
Lynette Japan Recycling Co., Ltd.
