About local recyclables collection Online System
The operation of the local recyclables collection Online System began in April 2024.
It is now possible to change the registration information on a PC or smartphone and apply for a scholarship.
To use the system, an ID / Password Notice (PDF: 494KB) sent at the end of February 2024 (collection companies at the end of January) is required.
Please refer to the following manual for details on various procedures.

It has been sent to all organizations that have registered for online applications.
