There have been reports of cases in which uncontracted contractors take away recyclables from registered organizations at collection locations without permission.

If there is a carry-out act, incentives will not be issued to both registered organizations and registered traders.
For registered traders, taking away recyclables that were to be collected is a business loss. In this way, carry-out causes damage to registered organizations and registered traders.

Let's cooperate with registered organizations and registered companies and take measures to prevent this.

It is clear that the resources issued by local recyclables collection are collected by the registered contractors.

Specify the registered company to collect at the collection place and the recyclables that have been issued. In addition, it is possible to clarify the contract relationship by replacing the contract.

If the recyclables are taken away by anyone other than the contracted registered contractor, the vehicle number etc. will be reported to the police. At the collection place, post "report the removal to the police".

If it is confirmed that the person who took it away is a registered company with local recyclables collection, the registration of that company will be deleted.
