Town planning for Shin-Yokohama Station Shinohara Exit (draft)
Last Updated December 21, 2023
In Yokohama City, the urban infrastructure such as roads is less than ten minutes compared to the northern part of Shin-Yokohama, and we have been examining community development in the southern part of Shin-Yokohama Station, where there is a problem. As a result, in February 2023, along with the redevelopment project of Shinoharaguchi at Shin-Yokohama Station, a town development plan (draft) centered on roads, etc., which will be the framework to be prioritized, was created, and the land readjustment project was planned. Opinions were raised until March 31, 2023 by distributing to approximately 1,900 buildings in the city area or publishing on the city website.
