The 4th Odori Park Demonstration Experiment (November 2018)
Last Updated April 1, 2019
Outline of the event
Let's go more to Odori Park.
In the area around Kannai Station, based on the New City Hall Maintenance Basic Plan (developed in March 2014), we are promoting the effective use of public spaces through public-private partnerships. In particular, in Odori Park, one of the urban centers in the coastal area of central Tokyo, we aim to create a space where people can enjoy and actively use it for a variety of purposes, while also conducting demonstration experiments to solve the current problems.
This time, focusing on the characteristics of local residents, the theme of "Experiment of operation conscious of internationality in everyday life" and "Utilization of after-five" to verify the possibility of utilizing public spaces after the evening Was newly set, and the fourth demonstration experiment was conducted.
In addition, as in the demonstration experiment up to the 3rd, by placing chairs and tables, etc., it creates an environment where people can relax in the park, provide food and drink, play for children, and experience sports. We confirmed change of park user such as whether to stay.
