| Situation | In August 2010, an "Environmental Evaluation Method Book" based on the Yokohama City Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance was submitted to Yokohama City, and studies were underway as a leading project for Excite Yokohama 22. In September 2014, urban planning for the special urban regeneration area (Yokohama-sta.-nishiguchi station square area) was decided, construction started in September 2015, and construction began in March 2020. |
