| Situation | In August 2010, the "Environmental Evaluation Method Book" based on the Yokohama Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance was submitted to Yokohama City, and discussions were underway as a leading project for Excite Yokohama 22. In this plan, city planning such as city regeneration special district (Yokohama-sta.-nishiguchi station square district) was decided in September, 2014, construction started in September 2015, and construction was started in March 2020. |
