Support for familiar approaches considered in the community (support for the maintenance of familiar facilities led by citizens)

Citizens based on plans formulated in the ward and the community, such as a community-based welfare and health plan (local welfare plan) that summarizes local issues and specific approaches, in order to solve local attractions and issues considered by the community. We support familiar facility maintenance.

• Support (consultation, examination) by city officials
• Support by community development specialists (town development coordinators) (consensitive formation, drafting plans, etc.)
• Subsidization of activity expenses (up to 80% of expenses, up to 100,000 yen)
• Partial subsidy for facility maintenance costs (within 90% of expenses, up to 1 million yen)

Local community development activity group performing approach corresponding to all of the following

• Activities led by local residents to carry out everything from maintenance to maintenance
• Implement based on plans about town development that ward devised in collaboration with inhabitants of a ward, including district-based plan of community-based welfare health plan
• It can be expected that community development activities will continue and expand widely after facility maintenance.

※Due to the limited budget, not all organizations will be able to receive grants even if the above applies.

In support, please register with local community development group.
If you have any approach to town development that you want to start in area, please consult with Ward Administration Promotion Division of each ward or Urban Development Bureau area town development section first.
