Grants for community development activities

We support a part of the activity expenses to support the making of plan rules and other local community development activities.
Local town development activity group and fireproofing promotion business activity group of town can receive the furtherance.

What kind of activities can be used for?

Printing costs for planning and rules, town development news, questionnaire, etc.
Venue fees and equipment usage fees, etc. required for study sessions or tours
Rewards to instructors, etc. required to conduct study sessions or tours
Transportation expenses or bus rental expenses required for conducting tours etc. conducted by recruiting participants for local residents, etc.
Mailing expenses to landowners outside the district
Paper and other office supplies costs (consumables less than 10,005 yen)
Installation costs of bulletin boards for public relations about town development news and signboards indicating the names and areas of rules

Grant amount

Up to 80% of expenses, up to 300,000 yen (in principle, up to 100,000 yen for non-combustible promotion business activities groups in towns)
Up to five years in fiscal year.
Application deadline is in principle until the end of January.

Application Flow

As a general rule, payment is made after payment. As an exception, if there is no funding for the activity, it can be paid in advance.

For example, when?

At the time of application, I applied for printing costs of 10,000 yen, but I decided to add a questionnaire, so I would like to increase the printing cost by 5,000 yen
At the time of application, I applied only for the meeting venue fee, but I decided to call a lecturer to the study session, so I would like to add a reward item.

Precautions

Unless the activity is after the date of the change approval letter, you will not be able to receive the activity subsidy for the change. Please apply for a change one month before the activity related to the change.
If a change occurs, it will take time to complete the procedure. Make a plan before the first application within the year so that there will be no changes as much as possible.
