4. Participation registration

Participation registration applicant applies for the use from local town development section website. Delivery will start from the issue of the month following the application.

Only text-format documents and will not be distributed in HTML format.

7. Information provision

Provision of information to e-mail magazines is based on the "E-mail magazine publication standards".
Symbols (model-dependent characters) such as half-width katakana, half-width punctuation, and numbers with ○ cannot be used.

8. Personal Information and Security

Personal information is handled in accordance with the "Ordinance on the Protection of Personal Information in Yokohama City" and the "Ordinance on the Disclosure of Information Held by Yokohama City".

9. About the use of information

For the purpose of improving the mailing list, etc., based on the opinions and inquiries received from users, we may create statistical data in a format that cannot identify individuals and use such data. .

10. Withdrawal

If you wish to stop the distribution, those who wish to withdraw will delete the registration from the Regional Maintenance Support Section website.

11. Notes

1. The environment for using e-mail shall be prepared by the user himself, and the equipment and expenses required for connection shall be borne by the user.
2. It is forbidden to quote, reprint, or re-delivery of articles on the web without the permission of the city.
