Yokohama People and Town E-mail Magazine Operation Regulations

1. Purpose of installation

The "Yokohama People / Town" e-mail magazine (hereinafter referred to as "e-mail magazine") is intended to introduce systems and terms that are useful when citizens work on familiar town development, and to introduce local community development activities.

2. Distribution

As a general rule, it is four times a year. Extraordinary information may be distributed at any time as necessary.

3. Targets

We are interested in local town development of Yokohama-shi and distribute to person who registered for participation.

4. Registration for participation

Participation registration applicant applies for the use from local town development section website. Distribution will start from the next month's issue.

Urban Development Bureau City Planning Department, Community Development Division

6. Document format

Only text documents are in text format and will not be distributed in HTML.

7. Information provision

Information provided to the e-mail magazine is based on the "E-mail Magazine Posting Standards".
Symbols (model-dependent characters) such as half-width katakana, half-width punctuation, and numbers with ○ cannot be used.

8. Personal Information and Security

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the "Ordinance on the Protection of Personal Information of Yokohama City" and the "Ordinance on Disclosure of Information Held by Yokohama City".

9. About the use of information

For the purpose of improving the mailing list, etc., we may create statistical data in a format that cannot identify individuals based on the opinions and inquiries received from users, and use the data.

10. Withdrawal

If you wish to stop the distribution, those who wish to withdraw will delete the registration from the Regional Maintenance Support Division website.

11. Precautions

1. The environment for using e-mail shall be prepared by the user, and the equipment and costs required for connection shall be borne by the user.
2. Without the permission of the city, it is forbidden to quote, reprint, or commercial re-delivery of articles on the WEB.
3. The handling of links will be handled in accordance with the Yokohama City Internet Guidelines. The city shall not take any responsibility for the contents of the linked group and site.
