If you wish to post information in the "Yokohama People / Town" e-mail magazine (hereinafter referred to as "e-mail magazine"), we will consider posting only if the group / group, or the content of the information falls under the following conditions.
Since the attachment of files is prohibited in the e-mail magazine, flyers etc. cannot be attached.
The manuscripts you provide may also be edited in accordance with the format and grammar of the e-mail magazine. Also, please note that depending on the content, we may not be able to meet your request for publication.
- Date of publication
As a general rule, the information you receive will be posted in an e-mail magazine scheduled to be issued four times a year. However, if posting in the e-mail magazine is not in time due to the recruitment time, etc., it will be sent as a "temporary issue" at any time.
- Subject to publication
The information posted in the e-mail magazine shall be the information of the following groups and groups.
- Community Development Group
- Local community development organization
- Other community development activities groups
- Public organization
- In addition, organizations and corporations with high public interest
- Details of publication
The contents that can be posted in the e-mail magazine shall be information that satisfies the following conditions.
- The activity place must be in the city and its surrounding area

- Not for religious, political, or commercial purposes

Contact information for events or courses should be submitted after the information provider has obtained approval for the disclosure of the contact information etc.
