The Urban Renewal Improvement Plan is a “plan for town maintenance and management through public-private partnerships” due to the revision of the law in 2011, not only projects eligible for the social capital maintenance comprehensive grant but also initiatives for public-private partnership town development. Can now be described.
1.Initiatives for Public-Private Partnership Community Development
Utilizing the following systems, it is possible to comprehensively promote public-private partnership town development.
1.Deregulation system that utilizes public spaces openly
・Special provisions for road occupation permission
・Permit for occupation of river site
・Special provisions for city park occupation permission
2.An agreement system that encourages the creation of bustle by effectively utilizing public spaces and private areas
・Urban Convenience Promotion Agreement
・Urban renewal maintenance pedestrian route agreement
・Low unused land use promotion agreement
