It is a grant issued to cover the cost of the business implemented based on the urban regeneration maintenance plan created by the municipalities.
(1) Preparation of Urban Renewal Improvement Plan
Based on the characteristics of the region, the municipalities will create an urban regeneration maintenance plan that describes the various projects to be implemented to achieve the goals and goals of town development.
(2) Grants
The government will issue a grant every fiscal year if the city regeneration maintenance plan created by the municipalities conforms to the basic policy on urban regeneration.
(3) Ex-post evaluation
At the end of the planning period, the municipalities will conduct an ex-post evaluation on the achievement status of the targets, check the results, etc., and announce them.

- Roads, parks, sewers, rivers, multipurpose open spaces, scenic views facilities, regional exchange centers, land readjustment projects, urban redevelopment projects, etc.

- Projects based on municipal proposals
