About citizen opinion offer about basic way of thinking (plan) of city planning of Yokohama (November to December, 2014)

Currently, Yokohama City is studying ways to review the basic concept of urban development, such as "maintenance and development of urban planning areas and policies of conservation*1" and "drawing * 2". This review will be the first time after the transfer of the city planning decision authority from Kanagawa Prefecture to Yokohama City with the revision of the City Planning Act. As a result, Yokohama City will be able to independently promote urban development more independently than before, we will raise the opinions of citizens for review.

※1 What are the development and development of urban planning areas and policies of the conservation?
　Refers to the following four policies that show the basic direction of city planning, such as line drawing, restricted zones, and roads.

※What is the difference?
