Land price level, rent, and yield trend report

Yokohama-sta.-nishiguchi Kita West Exit, Kannai-District, Shin-Yokohama Station North Exit Area, Minato Mirai 21 Central District, and other information necessary to understand land price trends.
In this report, real estate appraisers belonging to the Kanagawa Prefectural Real Estate Appraisers Association collect and analyze information on trends in the real estate market in the target area, grasp trends using real estate appraisal methods, and interview local real estate related parties such as real estate related companies in each area. Please note that future trends in the report are only forecasts.

• Yokohama-sta.-nishiguchi Kita West Exit district: Around West Exit and Kita West Exit at Yokohama Station on the JR Tokaido Main Line. A commercial district with many middle- and high-rise store office buildings.
• Kannai-District: Located on the north side of JR Negishi Line Kannai Station. A commercial district lined with middle- and high-rise stores, offices, banks, etc.
• Shin-Yokohama Station North Exit Area: A commercial district lined with middle and high-rise office buildings in front of Shin-Yokohama Station on the Tokaido Shinkansen Line.
• Minato Mirai 21 Central District: A commercial district lined with ultra-high-rise office buildings, commercial facilities, hotels, tower apartments, etc. centered on Minato Mirai, Nishi Ward.

In this report, real estate appraisers belonging to the "Kanagawa Prefectural Real Estate Appraisers Association" (outside site) collect and analyze information on trends in the real estate market in the target area, and grasp trends using real estate appraisal methods. At the same time, interviews were conducted with local real estate officials such as real estate-related companies in each district and compiled.
