Overview of Q&A
On page 34 of the explanatory document, "Participation / non-participation in this case is not subject to Yokohama City's evaluation." What should the business operator provide information to Yokohama City for incentives (motives)?
We would like to ask for your cooperation after understanding that this is a request at the stage where Yokohama City has not decided to introduce or not IR. We put burden on companies having you cooperate, but we ask based on that it becomes valuable information to explain to citizens.
Economic ripple effects and profit and loss are corporate know-how, and even if the company name is hidden, is it possible to refrain from publishing if there is a concern about the outflow?
The information you provide will be a document that explains IR to citizens, and that it will be one of the criteria for determining whether Yokohama City will introduce or not IR, and that the grounds are important in two ways. You. From such a point, I would like you to cooperate in providing evidence that can be made public in principle. I think that it will be information packed with corporate know-how, so I would like to ask the opinions of the businesses who provided the information about how to summarize the survey reports and how to publish them, and give due consideration to them. Please tell us specifically the image of the announcement of the company name on page 32 of the explanatory document.
Apart from the information provided, for example, we are planning to list the names of businesses that cooperated at the end of the survey report.
Please tell us the degree of freedom of style, such as how to fill out the questionnaire and attached documents, among the methods of preparing the questionnaire on page 31 of the explanatory materials.
For attached documents, there is no particular format, so you can freely create it, but please submit up to 20 pages in A4 size.
