What is a specific block?

About district performing maintenance of block to plan maintenance improvement of city area, we establish limit (floor area ratio, limit of wall position) different from general limit in city planning. It is one of the systems to be applied when planning to secure open spaces that function effectively as open spaces and to maintain necessary facilities for the area.

About temporary private use of effective open space
When we occupy effective open space in specific block temporarily, adjustment with manager is necessary.
In addition, please submit the notification procedure at each section in charge of Urban Development Bureau based on the operational standards.
