What is a specific block?

About district performing maintenance of block to plan maintenance improvement of city area, we establish limit (floor area ratio, limit of wall position) different from general restrictions in city planning. This is one of the systems that are applied when planning to secure open spaces that function effectively as open spaces and to maintain facilities necessary for the district.

About temporary private use of effective open space
When we occupy effective open space in specific block temporarily, adjustment with manager is necessary.
In addition, please perform report procedure in each section in charge of Urban Development Bureau based on operational standard.
