When temporarily occupying a valid vacant lot in a specific block, it is necessary to make sufficient adjustments with the effective vacant lot manager.
In addition, based on Yokohama-shi specific block operation standard, it is necessary to report to the mayor and receive confirmation that it conforms to private use standard beforehand.

Those who fall under any of the following.

• Acts that contribute to the public's recreation, such as appreciation of art
• Acts that contribute to the creation of liveliness in the district
• Construction or management
• Other public interest activities

Except in the case of construction or management, all of the following must be satisfied.

• Within three months per act
• The total number of days of all activities per year is within 180 days

However, it is not limited to those that meet the necessary conditions in the act that the mayor recognizes that there is no risk of harming the aesthetics and scenic beauty, and that the mayor recognizes that there is no risk of harming the aesthetics and scenic beauty.

All of the following must be met.

• Minimum minimum range
• Approx. 25% of effective open space

In addition, please take measures such as securing alternative passage when traffic of general pedestrian is hindered.
