Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
(Standards for Buildings, etc.)
Article 8 The site, position, use, form, etc. of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
(site)
(1) 1 block of residential land must not be divided and used.
(2) The ground at the time of the conclusion of the agreement must not be changed by cutting or embankment. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the cut for building a garage attached to the building.
(Location)
(3) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 1 meter or more. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those that conform to the provisions of Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order and garages attached to buildings.
(Use)
(4) The use of the building shall be a single-family house. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest that are approved by the Steering Committee in consultation with Yokohama City.
(Form)
(5) The number of floors of the building shall be 2 or less, except for the basement.
(6) The height of the building and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 9 meters and 6.5 meters from the ground surface, respectively.
(7) Hedges shall be hedges or crimp nets, and other similar openness.
(8) Advertisement materials and outdoor structures cannot be installed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to what is necessary for the public interest and is approved by the Steering Committee in consultation with Yokohama City.
