Seya Station Area Community Development Consultation Guidelines

The area around Seya Station is positioned as a central commercial area in the City Planning Master Plan and Seya Ward Plan.
In Yokohama City, in the northern district, we will improve the infrastructure through the Seya Station North District Land Readjustment Project, and in the southern district, we will conduct the Seya Station South Exit First District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project, and proceed with examinations with local organizations. By devising "Guidelines for Town Planning around Seya Station (PDF: 560KB)", we aim to create a town suitable for the station square.
When building in this area, we ask that you plan according to these guidelines.

(1)In March 2000, the land readjustment project (area area about 8.9ha) was completed.
(2)In March 1999, the "Seya Station Kita A District Town Planning Study Group" formulated the "Guidelines for Seya Station Kita A District Town Planning", and in 2015, the "Seya Station Area District Town Planning Study Group" Aiming for integrated town development, it has been revised to the "Guidelines for Town Planning around Seya Station".
(3)In some parts of this area, "Seya Station Area District Plan" has been formulated, so please check the contents.
