Kamoi Station Area Town Planning Consultation Guidelines

1 Purpose

This area will guide the maintenance of the cityscape around the station to reduce traffic congestion around the station and secure pedestrian space.

2 Consulting Area

Kamoi 1-chome, Kamoi 2-chome, Kamoi 3-chome, Kamoi 4-chome, Kamoi 4-chome, Kamoi 5-chome, Hakusan 1-chome and Hakusan 2-chome: Approx. 13ha (as shown in the attached figure)

3 Target buildings

Buildings and structures that require applications listed in Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the Building Standards Act on Sites in contact with the target line shown in the attached area map.

4 Content of discussion


Retreat of walls, walls, etc. of buildings

(1)Green section in the target route shown in the area map

Please retreat the outer wall or fence of the building to secure pedestrian space.

(2)The yellow section of the target route shown in the area map

To secure pedestrian space, please retreat the outer wall or fence of the building 2.0m from the end of the roadway. In the area where the wall has retreated, minimize the steps from the road surface, and avoid installing advertising materials and equipment as much as possible.
