Kamoi Station Area Town Planning Consultation Guidelines

1 Purpose

In this area, we will guide the maintenance of the cityscape around the station to reduce traffic congestion around the station and secure pedestrian spaces.

2 Consultation Area

1-chome, Kamoi 2-chome, Kamoi 3-chome, Kamoi 4-chome, Kamoi 5-chome, Hakusan 1-chome and Hakusan 2-chome, Midori-ku: Approx. 13 ha (as shown in the attached figure)

3 Target buildings, etc.

Buildings and structures that require applications listed in Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the Building Standards Act on the site in contact with the target line shown in the attached area map

4. Contents of discussion


Retreatment of walls, walls, etc. of buildings

(1)Green sections on the target routes shown in the area map

Please retreat such as outer wall or fence of building to plan securing of pedestrian space.

(2)Yellow section of the target route shown in the area map

Receive the outer wall or fence of the building 2.0m from the end of the road to secure a pedestrian space. When the wall has retreated, minimize the steps from the road surface, and avoid installing advertising materials and equipment as much as possible.
