　After that, we proceeded with the examination of town development, and on March 15, 2018, we decided on city planning such as transfer to urbanization area and land readjustment project, and approved the establishment of the "West District Land Readjustment Association around Kawawacho Station" The business has started. The infrastructure maintenance work was completed in FY2022, and the replacement of land was announced on January 25, 2023, and the union dissolution was approved on December 15, 2023.
