Idea Kitchen 2022 in Yokohama

In order to realize Zero Carbon Yokohama, Yokohama City and a group of students in the city, "Team ZERO YOUTH Yokohama" will work together to make citizens feel familiar with decarbonization from the perspective of "food" that is indispensable for daily life. This is an event that recruited citizens ideas for cooking menus that are conscious of CO2 emissions reduction in order to lead to further actions.
On Saturday, March 26, at the Muji Konandai Burs store, which has concluded a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Motoichi, the announcement of three excellent menu items selected as particularly excellent ideas from the application menu, and Yokohama Co., Ltd. Under the supervision of Naoki Tsubaki, the representative director of Green Peace, the excellent menu was reproduced and a commentary talk show.
This event was held as part of the world's largest environmental action, "EARTH HOUR 2022 in Yokohama" to be implemented on the same day in collaboration with WWF.
