Changes in the certification period [Important]

In accordance with the revision of the Y-SDGs Certification Implementation Guidelines, the certification period of this system has been changed as follows from FY2024.

○Certification Period
　Old: 2 years
　New: 4 years (until the first March 31 after 4 years have passed since the certification date)
　　(Example) Certification date: April 1, 2024 → Until March 31, 2028
　　　　　Date of certification: October 1, 2024 → Until March 31, 2029

○Target person
　・1st to 12th certified businesses

○Update procedure
　Old: The update procedure is available only once. If certification is received after the expiration of the certification deadline after the renewal, new certification will be handled (hearings will also be conducted).
　New: You can update as many times as you like. Interviews will not be conducted during the renewal procedure.

○Certificates of Certification, etc.
　For businesses that have obtained certification on or before April 1, 2024, new certificates and certification notices have been sent out.
　In the future, the certificate will be issued only for the first time, and after that, if the renewal procedure is performed, only the certification notice will be issued, so be sure to keep it in case that certification period certification is required.

○About Y-SDGs authentication system
　We will not be able to respond to your login ID and password to the authentication system even if you contact Yokohama City or the Design Center, so please keep it strictly together with the notice.
