About sustainable residential area promotion project
In cooperation with local residents, railway operators, UR city organizations, universities and private companies, etc., study new ways of working in suburban residential areas, develop living and area management that leads to the SDGs sports We carry out approach on the theme of health and health in four districts of the city and aim at realization of town where everybody wants to live and want to continue living.

Area along the Tokyu Denentoshi Line | Working with railway operators, under the theme of "living and working in rural cities," we are studying new ways of working in suburban residential areas, and living labs through industry-academia-government-private partnerships. ※Promote initiatives that lead to solving problems in the town using the method of ※Living Lab is a system that regards local residents as service co-creation partners and explores and discover essential issues in the real living environment of residents, as well as to examine and verify solutions in the real living environment of residents. |
| Tokachiba Town, Midori Ward Peripheral area | Taking the opportunity to develop residential areas utilizing municipal land, implement initiatives and build area management to achieve the SDGs throughout the town. |
| Sotetsu Izumino Line Areas along the railway line | Utilizing local resources such as agricultural resources to revitalize the region, conduct demonstration experiments aimed at realizing new lifestyles using IOT etc. |
| Yokoudai, Isogo-ku Peripheral area | Local information gathering•Conducting trials for area management utilizing the transmission base "Machimado" and promoting initiatives for the rehabilitation of large-scale housing complex using the results of community development questionnaires. |
