Disposal of fuel cell vehicles (FCVs)

Vehicles introduced with the grant of FCV introduction subsidies cannot dispose of property (sell, dispose, transfer, etc.) or relocate their headquarters outside Yokohama for four years after the introduction (*). Please contact us in advance, confirm the contents, prepare an application form, and submit required documents to the following contact information. As a general rule, the return of subsidies (all or part) is a condition.
※"Introduction" refers to the "first registration date of the introduced car".

Please submit property disposal approval application (the eighth style) before disposal, and please get approval (property disposal approval book) of the mayor. You cannot dispose of it without the approval of the mayor. After disposal, please submit property disposal completion report (No. 10 style).
※As a general rule, if you dispose within the property disposal restriction period, you will be required to return the subsidy (all or part).

Note: required documents may vary depending on the changes, but you will be required to submit a certificate of all history items, a copy of the resident certificate, a copy of the vehicle inspection certificate registered after the change of Address, and a certificate of detailed registration of automobiles. Based on the provisions of the Grant Guidelines, the amount equivalent to the period from the time of property disposal to the time when the property disposal restriction period elapses (hereinafter referred to as the "non-elapsed period") will be the refund amount.
In addition, the non-elapsed period is the period obtained by subtracting the period from the “disposal restriction period” to the “month to which the day on which the subsidy was disposed of, starting from the month following the day on which the subsidy was newly registered”.
