We are looking for direct sales groups that can cooperate with PR of "Yokohama Farm".

Yokohama City considers Yokohama, where there are attractive farmers, such as ambitious producers, various agricultural and livestock products, and agricultural landscapes, is regarded as a farm, and is publicized as "Yokohama Farm", and PR materials posted directly. We make "nobori" and "banners" as materials and distribute them to organizations that conduct direct sales.
Therefore, we utilize these materials and recruit direct sales groups that can publicize "Yokohama Farm" to citizens by direct sales such as Aozora City.

1 Group to recruit
　Organizations and corporations that are currently conducting direct sales such as Aozora City and can cooperate with the PR of "Yokohama Farm" using PR materials made by the city.

Requirements for 2 groups
（１） Number of sales
　Approximately once a month or more than 10 times a year
　＊Direct sales to citizens on a regular basis throughout the year.
　＊This does not apply to cases where the event is unavoidable due to the spread of infectious diseases or weather.
（２） Requirements such as groups
　In the case of a producer's group: Includes three or more producers who are engaged in farming in Yokohama.
　In the case of non-producer groups: Cooperate with three or more producers who are farming in Yokohama.

3 Precautions
・The packaging and transportation of materials will be carried out by the contracted company. For this reason, we will provide the company with information on the destination Address, name and Phone number.
・When you receive materials to confirm the completion of distribution, please sign the receipt and return it to the Agriculture Promotion Division.
・Please cooperate with public information (publication of direct sale schedule on city homepage, photograph offer, report correspondence green up results report such as public information paper) that Yokohama performs.
・As a general rule, please do not use it except for direct sales of the group that applied. (Individual direct sales, direct sales by other groups without application, etc.)
・Due to the limited budget, we may adjust the number of distributions if there are many requests.
・As it involves the execution of the budget for fiscal 2024, it will be finalized after the budget is decided in City Counsil.

Fill out the desired questionnaire with required items and submit it to the Environmental Planning Bureau Agriculture Promotion Division by mail, e-mail, or fax. (The group list may be in other formats as long as the organization name, title, name, and Address are listed.)
