I'd like to make a flower bed in the park.

The flowerbed of the park cannot be made without the permission of Yokohama City, the park manager.
In some parks, the Park Protection Association, a volunteer group formed by local residents and manages the park, has set up flower beds in collaboration with Yokohama City, the park manager.
If you want to make a flower bed as part of the park protection society activities, please consult with the relevant office of each park.
