Isn't the facility marked for adults a playground equipment?

It is a device that is intended for adults to use for health promotion through stretching and muscle training, assuming the physique of adults and the elderly. Because it is made with a different way of thinking from playground equipment for children, it is called "health equipment" for the purpose of distinguishing it from playground equipment. This does not mean that people under adults should not use it, but please note that there are some facilities that are not particularly suitable for children up to elementary school children and elementary school studenｔ.
