Yokohama parking lot maintenance district

Parking lot maintenance district is district which city planning is decided based on parking lot law Article 3 Clause 1 and City Planning Act Article 8 Clause 1.
Restrictions are the same as those of the mandatory parking lot regulations.
Therefore, according to the parking lot regulations, when building, expanding, or changing the use of a building that satisfies certain requirements in this district, setting up a parking lot is required.
