Regular reports on parking lots (off-site parking lots, etc.) that have been approved for special approval

[Trial (end)] Reporting by electronic application notification system (limited time)

On October 20, 2023, we sent a letter of guidance on periodic reports to the owners and managers of parking lots to be reported.
In order to promote the digitization and efficiency of procedures, as indicated in the documents sent out, we decided to try accepting reports using the "Yokohama City Electronic Application Notification System" only for the following period, and from Monday, November 13, 2023 to November 21, 2023 (Tuesday).
※1 The trial of accepting reports by the system ended on November 21, 2023 (Tuesday).
   After November 22, 2023 (Wednesday), submissions from the system (in principle, resubmission due to correction of defects) is not possible.
   If the confirmation of the deficiencies is just before or after the deadline, and you do not meet the deadline for submission from the system, please resubmit at the counter or by mail.
※About presentation by Yokohama-shi electronic application report system after 2 2024, we examine based on this trial result.

Outline of the periodic reporting system

 According to the provisions of Article 10, Paragraph 5 of the Yokohama City Parking Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordinance") Article 10, Paragraph 5, the owner or manager of the parking lot that has received special approval is the ordinance Article 12-2 and Ordinance Enforcement Regulations Based on Article, we must report to the mayor about the situation of maintenance of parking lot established with exception approval to the mayor by periodical report of the eighth style.

Parking lots subject to periodic reporting

 Of the parking lots (*) provided by the provisions of Article 10, Paragraphs 1 to 4 of the Ordinance, construction of buildings that are obliged to attach the parking lot will be started on or after December 2, 2007 What you have.

Deadline for periodic reporting

 The deadline for periodic reporting is as follows.
 (1) When construction is completed
    After completion of construction of the building (immediately)
 (2) After the year of construction completion
    Once a year (the reporting period is not specified)
    ※ Requests are mailed around October every year for those who have not submitted a periodic report.

Form for Periodic Report

 Download the periodic report (No. 8 style) from the following link, fill out the required items, and submit it.
 In filling out the required items, in addition to the description example, the “Application for Special Approval of Obligation Obligation Parking Facilities (Installation / Change) Special Approval Application Form” submitted to the Housing and Architecture Bureau Urban Architecture Division pursuant to the provisions of Article 10, Paragraph 5 of the Ordinance (No. 3) Please refer to the copy.
 In addition, contracts attached at the time of special approval application based on rule of regulations Article 10 Clause 5 when owner of building where duty to attach the parking lot concerned occurs and manager of the parking lot are different. If updated, please attach a copy of the contract as a reference material.
