Overview of the Periodic Reporting System
According to the provisions of Article 10, Paragraph 5 of the Yokohama City Parking Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordinance"), the owner or manager of the parking lot that has received special approval is the Ordinance Article 12-2 and the Ordinance Enforcement Regulations Article 8 Based on the above, you must report the status of maintenance of the parking lot established with exceptional approval to the mayor by the regular report of the eighth style.
Parking lots subject to periodic reporting
Of the parking lots (*) provided pursuant to the provisions of Article 10, Paragraphs 1 to 4 of the Ordinance, construction will be started on or after December 2, 2007 for buildings that are obliged to attach the parking lot. What you have.
※(Example) Out-of-site parking lots (Ordinance, Article 10, Paragraph 1), shared parking lots (Ordinance, Article 10, Paragraph 2), shared cargo handling parking lots (Ordinance, Article 10, Paragraph 4), etc.
Periodic reporting deadline
The deadline for periodic reporting is as follows.
(1) When construction is completed
After completion of construction of the building (immediately)
(2) Year after the year following the completion of construction
Once a year (the reporting period is not specified)
※ For those who have not submitted a regular report, we send a request every fall.
※ When submitting using the electronic application / notification system, the period will be limited as described below.
Form of Periodic Report
Please download the periodic report (Form No. 8) from the link below, fill out the required items, and submit it.
When filling out the required items, in addition to the example, please refer to the “Application for Special Approval of Parking Facilities (installation / change)” submitted to the Housing and Architecture Bureau Urban Building Division in accordance with the provisions of Article 10, Paragraph 5 of the Ordinance.
In addition, when the owner of the building where the obligation to attach the parking lot arises and the manager of the parking lot are different, contracts attached at the time of special approval application based on the provisions of Article 10, Paragraph 5 of the Ordinance If you update, please attach a copy of the contract as reference material.

・In the case of window submission, please call the person in charge below in advance and make a visit reservation. (If there is no reservation, the staff may not be able to respond on the day.)
・In the case of submission by mail, please mail it to the address below.
・Please prepare one copy after filling out the periodic report (including attached documents).
・If you wish to return the duplicate, please submit 2 copies. We will return one copy after receipt.
・If you wish to return the duplicate by mail, please prepare a reply envelope.

・After submission, if there is any incomplete information, please contact the designated contact here and resubmit using the system again.
・After December 21, 2024, you will not be able to access the system. Resubmission may be submitted at the counter or by mail, so please submit with plenty of time.
※As for electronic application, one copy will be submitted on the system, so duplicates cannot be returned. If you need a duplicate that has been accepted, please submit it by window or mail, and submit two copies.
