Regarding substitute registration using the electronic application system, the acceptance period will be changed from "1st to 25th of every month" from July 2024.
If you wish to register as a substitute between the 25th and the last day, please complete the procedure directly at the bicycle parking lot, which is the regular reception desk.

In Motoichi, from February 1, 2024, in some municipal bicycle parking lots (Asahi Ward, Dozuka Ward, Izumi Ward, Sakae Ward, Seya Ward, Kohoku Ward, Midori Ward, Aomoriba Ward, Tsuzuki Ward  ) We started accepting new reservations and substitute registrations for regular use of municipal bicycle parking lot regular use by "Yokohama Electronic Application and Notification System".
From June 1, 2024, new reservations for regular use of municipal bicycle parking lots at municipal bicycle parking lots (Tsurumi Ward, Kanagawa Ward, Naka Ward, Nishi Ward, Hodogaya Ward, Minami Ward, Konan Ward, Isogo Ward, Kanazawa Ward) in other wards.

・This electronic application alone does not complete the regular use application procedure.
・After contacting from the management and operation of the municipal bicycle parking lot, regular use procedures are required at the bicycle parking lot, which is the regular use application reception desk within the regular use application period.
・Depending on the availability of the bicycle parking lot, we may guide you to contact the bicycle parking lot management and operation contractor to contact the bicycle parking lot directly.

Please note that the application period for electronic applications differs for new reservations and substitute registration.

　Substitute registration: From 1st to 25th of every month

① Find a bicycle parking lot
　Please check the availability of the bicycle parking lot to be used from "Search for bicycle parking lot (bicycle parking lots)" on the Motoichi homepage, and access the "Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System" application screen.

② Application from "Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System"
　Please enter the application items and apply from the "Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System".
　※Please write down the application number displayed after the application.
　Please check the location and name of the bicycle parking lot to be used, and be careful not to make any errors.
　If the application content is incorrect, you will need to apply again.

③ Contact from a bicycle parking lot management contractor
　If there is a vacancy in the bicycle parking lot you applied for, after the 16th of the month of the application (substitute registration is in turn), the municipal bicycle parking management contractor will contact you by e-mail .

④ Procedures for new reception at the bicycle parking lot that serves as the reception desk
　After contacting from the contracted company, check the bicycle parking lot and Reception hours, which are the regular use application reception desk from "Search for bicycle parking lot (bicycle parking lots)" on the Motoichi homepage, and then apply for regular use application period Please apply within (20th to the end of the month * Sunday, public holidays and their transfer holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays (12/29-1/3)).
　If the last day of the regular use application period is Sunday, a public holiday, its transfer holiday, or the year-end and New Year holidays (12/29-1/3), the application procedure can be completed until the next day.

Due to the Sagami Railway Main Line (near Tsurugamine Station) continuous grade separation project, Tsurugamine Station North Exit No. 4 Bicycle Parking Lot will be relocated from the existing location on Saturday, April 1, 2023.
In addition, the relocation destination will be divided into multiple locations, including the Tsurugamine Station North Exit Third Bicycle Parking Lot, so please check the following.

<For those who wish to use regular bicycle parking lots>

・Bicycle parking lots to be recruited from 6:30 am on Friday, January 20, 2023 are as follows.

・Application is limited to one car per person.
　(Multiple units cannot be applied, such as for families alone.)
・At the time of application, regular information will be registered on the transportation IC card, so if you have PASMO or Suica, please prepare.
・Numbered tickets will be distributed on the day of the event. As soon as the capacity is reached, all of you will need to register for substitute registration.
・After registering for regular use, be sure to purchase a commuter pass by [until 20:00 on Tuesday, January 31] at the regular renewal machine.
