Regarding substitute registration by the electronic application system, the application period will be changed from "1st to 25th of every month" from July 2024.
If you wish to register as a substitute between the 25th and the last day, please apply directly at the bicycle parking lot, which is a regular reception desk.

On February 1, 2024, the city began accepting new reservations and alternate registrations for regular use of municipal bicycle parking lots using the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System at some municipal bicycle parking lots (Asahi Ward, Takatsuka, Izumi Ward, Sakae Ward, Setani, Kohoku Ward, Midori Ward, Aomori, and Tsuzuki Ward  ).
From June 1, 2024, we will begin accepting new reservations and substitute registrations for regular use of municipal bicycle parking lots in other wards (Tsurumi Ward, Kanagawa Ward, Naka Ward, Nishi Ward, Hodogaya Ward, Minami Ward, Konan Ward, Isogo Ward and Kanazawa Ward).

・This electronic application alone will not complete the regular use application procedure.
・After contacting from the management and operation contractor of the municipal bicycle parking lot, a regular use procedure is required at the bicycle parking lot, which is the regular use application reception desk during the regular use application period.
・Depending on the availability of the bicycle parking lot, we may guide you to contact the bicycle parking lot management and operation contractor directly about the availability.

Please note that the application period for electronic applications differs for new reservations and substitute registrations.
　New reservation: From 1st to 15th of the month prior to the desired month of use
　Substitute registration: From 1st to 25th of every month

① Find a bicycle parking lot
　Please check the availability of the bicycle parking lot used from "Search for bicycle parking lot (bicycle parking lots)" on the Motoichi homepage, and access the "Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System" application screen.

② Application from "Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System"
　Enter the application items and apply from the "Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System".
　※Please write down the application number displayed after the application.
　Please check the location and name of the bicycle parking lot to be used, and be careful not to make any mistakes.
　If your application is incorrect, you will need to apply again.

③ Contact from a bicycle parking lot management and operation contractor
　If there is a vacancy in the applied bicycle parking lot, we will contact you by e-mail from the management and operation contractor of the municipal bicycle parking lot after the 16th of the month when the application was made (when substitute registration is in turn). .

④ Procedures for new reception at the bicycle parking lot, which is the reception desk.
　After contacting from the contractor, check the bicycle parking lot and Reception hours, which are the contact points for regular use applications, from "Search for bicycle parking lots (bicycle parking lots)" on the Motoichi website, and within the regular use application period (20th to the end of the month * Sunday, public holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays (excluding December 29-1/3)).
　In addition, if the last day of the regular use application period is Sunday, national holiday and its transfer holiday, or the year-end and New Year holidays (12/29-1/3), the application procedure can be completed until the next day.

With the Sotetsu Main Line (near Tsurugamine Station) continuous grade separation project, the Tsurugamine Station North Exit No. 4 bicycle parking lot will be relocated from the existing location on Saturday, April 1, 2023.
In addition, as relocation destination is divided into multiple places including Tsurugamine Station north exit third bicycle parking lot, please confirm the following.

※１…Regarding the bicycle parking lot where the bicycle is relocated for those who regularly use bicycles, [Notice by postcard by March 10]

※２…The regular sticker you are currently using can be used as it is at the bicycle parking lot at the relocation destination.
　　　(If the validity period is until the end of March, regular renewal is required from March 20 to the end of March as before.)

・Bicycle parking lots to be recruited from 6:30 am on Friday, January 20, 2023 are as follows.

・You can apply for one car per person.
　(You cannot apply for multiple units, such as family members alone.)
・At the time of application, regular information will be registered on the transportation IC card, so if you have PASMO or Suica, please prepare it.
・Numbered tickets will be distributed on the day of the event. As soon as the capacity is reached, you will need to register for a substitute.
・After the regular use registration, be sure to purchase a regular use ticket at the regular renewal machine by [until 20:00 on Tuesday, January 31].
　Please note that if the above period is exceeded, the right to regular use will expire.
　

In the vicinity of Hazawa Yokohama National University Station, we have provided bicycle parking services by private businesses so far, but this time, with the end of the operation of private businesses, the establishment and maintenance of a municipal toll bicycle parking lot at the same place will be held in July.
