[Alert] Traffic accidents are occurring frequently in Yokohama.
Last Updated October 10, 2024
Beware of accidents while walking!
In Yokohama, as of March 25, 21 people had died in a traffic accident, of which 12 were walking. Ignoring traffic lights or crossing in prohibited areas can lead to life-threatening accidents. Watch the traffic lights and cross the pedestrian crossing. Reflectors are also useful for preventing accidents at night.
When you wear reflective materials…
Reflecting lights on dark roads!
Watch out for pedestrians when driving!
When passing a pedestrian crossing, drive at a speed that can stop even if there are pedestrians.
Also, when a pedestrian is trying to cross the pedestrian crossing, it must be stopped just before the pedestrian crossing.
"Safety is from the comfort of mind and time."
Always try to drive "maybe" instead of "driving" and drive safely.
