The aging deep opening was renovated, and the upper part was constructed as a double-structured amenity waterway consisting of a hydrophilic waterway and the lower part was constructed as a drainage channel. It is a place for local residents to relax, with clean water flowing at the headwaters of Tando and some small ponds where spring water can be seen.

From JR Kamoi Station, get off at the Nishi Sugeta housing complex bound for Yokohama-sta.-nishiguchi.
