In Yokohama City, rivers and waterways are indispensable as an important urban infrastructure, such as moisturizing daily citizens' lives and protecting the city from floods during heavy rains. In light of recent changes in social conditions, such as the intensification of rainfall, aging of facilities, and the progress of digital technologies such as AI analysis, we will further strengthen cooperation with the local community and steadily promote our efforts so far, Aiming for efficiency, we will newly devise the "Yokohama City River Maintenance Plan" that systematically summarizes the contents related to maintenance.

About opinion offer
We raise opinions of citizen's all of you on development of "Yokohama-shi river maintenance plan" (draft). Except for personal information, the outline of the opinion and the city's approach to it will be announced on the Yokohama City website in December 2024. Development of "Yokohama-shi river maintenance plan" is planned around February, 2025.
Acceptance Period
From 9:00 on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 to 17:00 on Friday, October 25, 2024
