About Yokohama water business meeting

As the water business market centered on water and sewage fields is rapidly expanding in emerging countries, the Yokohama Water Business Council was established on November 10, 2011 in cooperation with 133 companies and organizations in the city. (Number of corporate members as of April 1, 2024: 161)
The Yokohama Water Business Council utilizes the exchange and trusting relationships with various countries and regions that have been built up through international contributions to water and sewage systems, and cooperates with national institutions, private companies, local governments, etc. Through this, we aim to expand the overseas water business of member companies and revitalize the city economy.

We are looking for membership in this council at any time.

Application conditions

The following requirements shall be met:

Companies and organizations registered in Japan
Companies and organizations interested in promoting overseas water business
Companies and organizations that have or plan to conduct activities, such as head offices and sales offices in Yokohama City

Costs

There is no admission fee or annual membership fee.
