About Yokohama Water Business Council

While the water business market centered on the water and sewage sector is rapidly expanding in emerging countries, Yokohama City cooperates with 133 companies and organizations in the city, and the Yokohama Water Business Council was established on November 10, 2011. (Number of Corporate Membership as of April 1, 2024)
The "Yokohama Water Business Council" takes advantage of the exchange and trust with various countries and regions that have been built up through the international contributions related to water and sewage, and cooperates with national institutions, private companies, local governments, etc. Through this, we aim to develop overseas water business of member companies and revitalize the city economy.

Member procedures for the Yokohama Water Business Council

We are looking for members to join the Council.

Application Conditions

The following requirements shall be met.

Companies and organizations registered in Japan
Companies and organizations interested in promoting overseas water business
Companies and organizations that have or plans to have bases for activities, such as headquarters and sales offices in Yokohama.

Costs

There is no admission fee or annual membership fee.

Application method

Please check the application conditions and meet the requirements and wish to join the Council, please fill out the required items from the following "Member Application Form" and complete the application procedure.
