Reopen recruitment of time rental car parking lot companies utilizing sewerage management site [2024]

　We occupy land (sewerage management site) which sewer manager owns and manages and recruit companies performing setting, administration of parking lot with EV charging facilities again.

Remarks 1: At least one "ordinary charging facility for electric vehicles with 3 kilowatts or more" shall be installed per target site.
Remarks 2: Parking lots to be installed and operated are limited to hourly rental car parking lots. However, it does not partially prevent the introduction of car sharing or the use as an hourly parking lot for motorcycles.

　Select the desired site from the following list of target sites and apply (multiple selections are possible). We decide company by price competition bid to affect payment (part of expected amount of income by parking lot administration (fixed amount (more than 1 yen)).
　A private use fee is required separately from the payment. The private use fee per year in the table is as of FY2025, and may fluctuate after FY2026 because it is recalculated reflecting the latest land evaluation etc. .

• Apart from the conclusion of the project implementation agreement, the company must receive a private use permit based on the Yokohama City Sewerage Ordinance Article 24, Paragraph 1, and submit private use permission applications etc. within 15 days from the date of the project implementation agreement conclusion Is required.
• The private use period shall be from the private use permission date to March 31, 2027. However, if there is a renewal application from the company and Yokohama City determines that there is no problem, renewal (extension of private use period) is possible up to March 31, 2035.
