[Application has been closed] Open call for participants of hourly rental car parking lot companies that utilize sewerage management sites

　We occupy land (sewerage management site) owned and managed by the sewer manager and openly recruit businesses that install and operate parking lots with EV charging facilities.

Remarks 1: At least one "normal charging facilities for electric vehicles of 3 kilowatts or more" shall be installed per target site.
Remarks 2: The parking lot to be installed and operated is limited to hourly rental car parking lots. However, it does not prevent the deployment of car sharing.

Target land

　Please select the desired land from the following list of target sites and apply (multiple selections are possible). We decide company by price competition bid pertaining to payment (part (fixed amount) of expected income by parking lot operation).
　Aside from the payment, a private use fee is required. Private use charges per year in the table are as of 2024, and may fluctuate after 2025 because they are recalculated reflecting the latest land evaluations.

Procedure for private use of public sewer

Businesses need to receive private use permission based on the Yokohama City Sewerage Ordinance Article 24, Paragraph 1 separately from the conclusion of the project implementation agreement, and submission of private use permission applications within 15 days from the date of the project implementation agreement conclusion Is required.
The private use period shall be from the date of private use permission to March 31, 2026. But, when there is update application from company, and Yokohama-shi judges that there is no problem, update (extension of private use period) is possible until March 31, 2034.
