• Before construction ... Drainage equipment (remodeling flush toilet) plan confirmation application (*)
• After the construction is completed: Drainage facilities (remodeled flush toilets) Completed registration form (*)
• When you start using the sewer ... start using the public sewer registration form (*)

(However, it is not necessary for new water supply)

Please note that the Yokohama City Sewerage Ordinance has been revised on April 1, 2017, and penalties for not submitting the above notification have been changed.

• Those who did not submit the “Application for Confirmation of Drainage Equipment (Remodeling of Washing Toilet) Plan” ... A fine of 50,000 yen or less
• Those who did not submit "Drainage facilities (remodeled flush toilet) construction completion registration form" ... A fine of 50,000 yen or less
• Person who did not submit "public sewer use start registration form" ... fine of 50,000 yen or less

As mentioned above, there is an explanation from a designated drainage construction shop (*) before and after construction, and that there is a penalty for not submitting the report, and a "explanatory note" will be given. You. After hearing the explanation, please sign the “Explanation Report” (seal).
