Is all the water used for the murmuring of the Egawa River and the Irie River sewage treated water?

Sewage treatment water is effectively used as babbling water in the Egawa Seseragi in Tsuzuki Ward , the Irie River Seseragi Green Road, which spans Tsurumi Ward and Kanagawa Ward, and the Takino River Seseragi Green Road in Kanagawa Ward.
The Egawa Seseragi is processed from the Tsuzuki Wastewater Treatment Plant, the Irie River Seseragi Green Road, and the Takino River Seseragi Green Road, and the Takino River Seseragi Green Road are treated from Kanagawa Wastewater Treatment Plant at an advanced treatment facility with a high nitrogen and phosphorus removal rate.
