The Tozuka pumping station is a relay pumping station for the Sakae Daini Water Reclamation Center, where rainwater is treated directly and sewage is treated at high quality before discharging it to the Kashio River.
In addition, it is located in the same building as a complex with Tozuka public hall and Tozuka district center.

The Kasama Pumping Station is a rainwater drainage pumping station that can respond to 50 mm rainfall intensity per hour as a countermeasure against flooding in low areas along the Kashio River, such as Kasama, Kanai, and Nagaodaicho.
Labor saving is achieved by performing distant monitoring and control from the Sakae Daini Water Reclamation Center.
